Managing Strong Emotions (Coed)

Tired of strong emotions triggering angry reactions? We have an interactive workshop on understanding that emotions and even anger are a natural and needed part of our life, but don’t have to run your life and relationships. The workshop facilitates identifying and learning about what triggers your strong emotions. Learning healthy ways to manage strong emotions that are underneath of anger as well as how to disengage from difficult situations in a health way, and for healthy reasons.
