Apology and Forgiveness

How, when, and when not to apologize are behaviors and thinking that many are not taught very well. Yet this skill is a pivotal to healthy relationships throughout life. This is an interactive workshop that seeks to help discuss and teach what healthy apologies are, when they can happen effectively, and why apologizing for the right reason is important. In that same way forgiveness is a key aspect of moving forward in life and healthy relating. In this interactive section of the workshop we will maintain a respectful discussion about forgiveness by discussing 2 key questions:

  1. How long does it take before forgiveness can be considered? Or Granted?

  2. Who benefits most from forgiveness?
